This beautiful blue dress for girls by Balloon Chic is made from a super soft cotton with all-over blue rose floral print pattern. It has a capped sleeves and pretty tulle bows which are decorated with sparkling diamanté embellishments in the middle. It is fully lined with a soft cototn voile and it fastens with a concealed zip on the back.
