Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely happy with any items from your order or you change your mind we will be happy to refund or exchange any item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this time, returns received beyond this periods will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise (or in the case of faulty items - see below).

How to Return Items

Ensure your items are in their original perfect condition with all labels attached (including hangers where applicable), resalable condition and your parcel is well packaged so that items are not damaged in transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Remember to enclose a completed Returns Form with your goods (a missing returns form may result in your return not being processed correctly). Return to the address on the form (also displayed below).

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product; therefore any damage may result in the return being refused. Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item. Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging. 

It can take up to 7 days for a return to be processed once we have received your returned items. For any further enquiries please refer to our terms and conditions.

Returning items ordered in store

If you need to return any items that you ordered in store, please take the items you're returning, along with your till receipt to our store within 14 days of your order date.

Returning items by post

Please package the items securely and include a completed returns form with your parcel. Send to our store address 9 Pepper St, Nantwich, Cheshire CW5 5AB, United Kingdom. The product tags must still be place and the goods should be perfect condition. We are unable to refund any delivery charges (please use an insured method of delivery service, gb Crew will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.)

Returns from outside the UK

If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges or import duties.

Faulty Goods

We take great care to check all items thoroughly for quality before they are dispatched. Please check your items carefully on delivery for any damage or faults and return them within 14 days for a refund, store credit or to be replaced.

All items returned as ‘faulty’ will be subject to thorough examination to confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and not normal wear-and-tear, which understandably is not covered by our returns policy. The items may need to be shipped to the manufacturer for them to assess which can take 7-14 days to complete.

Faulty items returned beyond the regular acceptable return period will be professionally repaired and returned to you at no cost. If the item is unrepairable we will offer you a full or partial Store Credit or replacement (at our discretion) depending on the extent of the damage.


For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept the return of the following items:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Earrings
  • Bottles and dummies

What Happens Next?

Please track your return and confirm it has been delivered to us safely. Once received, your return will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation with the details.

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of delivery. Please note that once we process your refund, the funds may still take up to 5-8 working days to show in your bank account or credit card.
