A beautiful green cotton dress for girls by Balloon Chic is made in a soft needlecord cotton. It has a pretty all-over pale pink rose pattern and is lined with a soft cotton voile. It has a lovely pink satin collar , cap sleeves and a large bow at the front. It fastens with a button and a concealed zip.
