This beautiful sparkly gold sequin skirt for girls by Billieblush is just right for any special party or event. The skirt has a navy blue tulle underlayer which shows beneath the hem and the top layer of the skirt is embellished with pretty sparkling gold sequins which change to iridescent pink at the brush of a hand. The stretchy glitter gold waistband is elasticated for a good comfortable fit.
