This cute two piece outfit from Kissey Kissey is made from a super soft cotton. It has an all over blue flower and bow pattern and a pretty peter pan collar edged in blue. There is a beautiful smocked panel across the front of the top and it has long sleeves edged in a frill. The matching bottoms have an elasticated waistband for a good comfortble fit and has enclosed feet.
