A gorgeous blue flower dress, bloomers and headband set from Pretty Originals this season. Made from a cotton blend, the dress has beautiful, traditional hand smocking with hand-embroidered flowers across the bodice, and a pale blue, picot-trimmed poplin frill around the neckline. It has long long puffed sleeve with fills at the cuff. There is a sash that can be tied up at the back, matched with cream bloomers with a blue trim.
