Made from a cotton blend, the dress has beautiful, traditional hand smocking with hand-embroidered flowers across the bodice, and a pink collar. It has long pink puffed sleeve with a buttoned cuff. There is a pink sash that can be tied up at the back, matched with pink and cream bloomers. And completing the outfit is a flowered headband
